We Bought A Zoo Trailer Arrives

After disappointing everyone by saying there’s no Say Anything sequel, Cameron Crowe has decided the only way to apologise is to give the world a sneak peek at his new film We Bought A Zoo on Apple.

Adapted from Benjamin Mee’s memoir as he moved to Dartmoor, restoring a wildlife zoo. This being a Hollywood film, we’ve been transfered over to California.

We have Matt Damon playing a single man recovering from the death of wife and being a single dad to two children. Realising he needs to change the atmosphere, he buys a house in the Californian countryside which also has a zoo. Clue various life warming messages that could either tickle your heart or make you lose the will to live.

This just looks like typical Hollywood schmaltz that could make any feel angry. But never judge an entire based on a trailer. We Brought A Zoo is released in December.

Born in Northern Ireland. My first cinematic experience was Tom And Jerry: The Movie in 1992. But moved onto Ace Ventura: Pet Detective and Batman Forever in 1995. But my love for films really kicked into high gear when my mother bought me a film magazine when I was 13 and never looked back since. My favourite directors are Christoper Nolan, Martin Scorsese, Michael Mann, Paul Greengrass and Terrance Malick – even Roland Emmerich.
