New Trailer For Haywire Speeds In

There is nothing like a hefty dose of violence for first thing in the morning, if they ever do get around to re-making the Tomb Raider films, the evidence is here they need look no further Gina Carano – MMA world champion as the only candidate and Haywire is her audition to step into Lara Croft’s boots, move aside Angelina Jolie. 

An action/thriller from Steven Soderbergh that packs more punches than all of the Rocky franchise combined, we saw it a few weeks ago and it’s rather awesome. (Review to follow soon).

Soderbergh gave himself a challenge but he brought the big names with him too, with Ewan McGregor as the director of a failing company who contract out assassins like Mallory Kane (Carno)- an ex-black ops agent and Micheal Fassbender as a suave Bond like agent who’s sent in to help her.  With Channing Tatumn as another co-agent and Micheal Douglas sitting pretty as the big dog of the whole operation. 

It all goes a little pet tong as the trailer shows, as she is double-crossed and off on her own. Expect a lot of violence, a lot of action and some awesomely intense scenes. 

Check out the trailer below, warning some characters fates are revealed and it hits the big screen January 20th.
