No Muppets Sequel For Segel

We are all still talking about The Muppets and why not? It’s fantastic. So it’s no surprise when we hear that a sequel is currently in the works. However it comes at a price..

Jason Segel is out of the sequel, after writing the first film he has officially said that he will not be involved the writing process of the next film due to him having too many projects on his breakfast table. Greedy greedy man. This hasn’t however ruled him out in appearing in the next film, that is obviously still in the pipe line, but we wont be having his witty humour.

The Muppets director Jason Bobin is due to write the screenplay, so it’s good that all the master minds behind the first outing will return.
