Peace, Love & Misunderstanding Trailer Is Delightful

Three generations of enviable acting talent sees Jane Fonda as a hippy-ish laid back grandma and mother, Catherine Keener as an uptight New York Lawyer who has issues with relaxing and and indie darling of the moment, Elizabeth Olsen as the daughter and granddaughter who goes with the flow and is helping her elders figure it all out. 

 The material is well-worn and you’ll no doubt watch the trailer below and think that not only have you seen it several times before but also that you’ve got multiple versions of it sitting on your shelf at home, what sets this one apart is the appealing and charismatic cast. 

Also featuring Gossip Girl’s Chance Crawford as what we suspect is a love interest for Olsen and the other Gerard Butler, Jeffrey Dean Morgan (where’s he been?) filling the same slot for the soon to be divorced mother. 

Check it out below, at the very least, you should give this trailer a watch just to see Fonda howling at the moon during some sort of crazy, hippie bonfire. Utterly Ridiculous. The film is set for a June 8 release in the US, no word yet for the UK.
