Slick Expendables 2 Character Posters Crash In

The gang are back and this time it’s personal…. Barney Ross (Sylvester Stallone), Lee Christmas (Lee Statham), Yin Yang (Jet Li), Gunnar Jensen (Dolph Lundgren),Toll Road (Randy Couture) and Hale Caesar (Terry Crews) along with the newest members of the elite team, Billy the Kid (Liam Hemsworth) and Maggie (Yu Nan) aboard — are reunited when Mr. Church (Bruce Willis) enlists the Expendables to take on a seemingly simple job.

Obviously it’s not going to play out that way, otherwise what would the point in the film be? The task that they are set with is just to pay in a payload  with his band of old-school mercenaries, but when things go wrong and one of their own is viciously killed the guns flare and vengeance is sought. Also today sees a selection of character shots in a rather nice black and white mode released, thanks to ComingSoon for these. Giving us a look at the characters new and old and their undeniable style. 

Expendables 2 (original title we know) is set to hit the cinemas in August 2012.
