The Expendables 2 Trailer Arrives

As so politely explained by Terry Crews the other day, the brand new trailer for The Expendables 2 has made a hole in the internet courtesy of truck load of guns, an ear-shattering selection of explosions and enough testosterone to intimidate a pack of agitated grizzly bears – and then Chuck Norris turns up – may the gods protect us.

Reuniting the lads from the original film with some new faces as well, Stallone’s group of grumpy old (armed) men go on a mission of vengeance after one of their own is killed, forcing them to suit up and shoot anyone that isn’t stood next to them. The villain is played by none other than a shade wearing Jean Claude Van Damme who looks to eventually kick Stallone around the room for a bit before (and this is just a guess here) he gets taught the old school ways of a beatdown by a rather narked Stallone. Happy days.

If that wasn’t enough for you, there’s also Statham dressed as a monk cutting fools up and Arnold Schwarzenegger ripping doors off cars and coming out with lines that are both genius and genuinely horrifying at the same time.
