If there’s anyone proving that their career doesn’t stop at Hogwarts at the moment, it’s Emma Watson. Having just polished off The Bling Ring as well as appearing in The End of The World and the recently trailered The Perks Of Being A Wallflower, the girl that was once a Granger is having jobs thrown at her from all angles, the latest being from Darren Aronofsky and Noah.
Deadline have got word that Watson is in talks to join the cast of the upcoming biblical affair that already has Russell Crowe in the lead role as well as Logan Lerman and Douglas Booth who are playing his sons Ham and Shem. Should Watson board the project, she’ll play Shem’s love interest who no doubt tries to get a free pass aboard the big flood withstanding rig.
We’ll just have to wait and see if Watson signs up or not but at the moment she’s not the only one with a question mark over her head. Julianne Moore is still rumoured to be taking the role of Noah’s wife even with the mention of Jennifer Connolly who has been reported to be reuniting with Aronofsky as well, so it’s anyone’s guess. We’ll be sure to give you a shout should any of these names get the stamp of approval in the coming weeks. Watch this space.
