Deal Sealed For Snuff Director

Chuck Palahniuk, an author whose surname is as difficult to spell as his (at times) delightfully disgusting tales are to read. With already two of his page turners put on the big screen in the form of Fight Club and Choke one popular read that has yet to get the necessary attention is his sexually charged story, Snuff.

For some time now there’s been a great effort to get the project off the ground but now reports are in that a brave soul by the name of Fabien Martorell has stepped forward to direct, so sayeth Coming Soon. Whilst he’s not got that much of a back list of directorial efforts himself, Martorell has recently finished directing The Guns Story, a documentary following Guns N’ Roses as well as The Coin. Nope, not heard about either of them either.

What we have heard enough about is Snuff, though and it’s a story we’re keen to see on screen (not in a pervy way, honest). Set in the waiting room of the worlds biggest gang bang, we are introduced to Mr. 72, Mr. 137 and Mr. 600 who are all in the queue to have some time with porn priestess Cassie Wright. Miss Wright as it happens has got these men watching the clock as she is aiming for breaking the world record of hopping on the good foot and doing the bad thing with 600 men on camera. Oo er. With this epic queue of lucky(?) lads all lined up we slowly learn of 72, 137 and 600′s past history with Wright and what brought them to this special event.

This certainly sounds like a film that’s not for the faint of heart and we can only imagine how Martorell will handle such a tangled and tantalising story. Fingers crossed he does a good job, with no release date or any other details this is one we’re going to watch out for intently. Again, not in a pervy way. Promise.
